The firm’s litigation practice areas include the representation of plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of legal disputes specializing in contract, corporate, tort, commercial, real estate, construction, banking, securities, insurance, probate, and general business matters. While this primarily involves litigation in state and federal courts, and in arbitration proceedings, the firm has also had outstanding success in creative resolution of business disputes.
